Movie record adds "./" to filename => problems
The Movie class record method adds "./" to the beginning of the filename both in the GUI and when invoked explicitly as a method in code. In Windows, this results in an illegal filename so the movie is never recorded. Even tried running breveIDE from cygwin, no help.

Hi,
have you tried the most recent Windows beta build?
http://www.spiderland.org/breve_2.4_betas
This should fix movie export for Windows.

Thanks. 2.4b fixes the movie problem, but it introduces a catastrophic memory leak. My simulation runs stably on 2.3 can not be run on 2.4b because it rapidly consumes all system resources. Happy to send code if it will help.

P.S. Is this 2.4b a "public" beta release? There are no obvious links to the 2.4 beta download, at least on the Breve home page, and I note that the doc directory for the 2.4b distribution is still empty.

Please do send me the code which leads to the memory leak.
The 2.4 betas are public to the extent that people reading these boards will find them, but I haven't posted anything about it on the homepage yet. Having fixed the movie problem and a couple of other potential show-stoppers, I'll be making more official public betas soon.
