Swarm Synchronization Control Model

New open source Breve Simulation for Distributed Swarm Synchronization

http://www.box.net/shared/p6qmqssos0

Random phase coupled swarm mechanics model based on local maximum entropy cell signaling. The cells have global "over the horizon" knowledge based on local phase rate changes in their proximity. Complete analysis of swarm data included.

Included are two simulations: the standard model is based on a phase difference feedback, average synchronization two minutes, and the local maximum entropy model. Sync rate control parameter calibrates the internal phase rate near the cell's local maximum entropy. (average synchronization twenty seconds).

Entropy or Information Capacity calculations are performed at each density up to the the cell's neighborhood. This curve's maximum represents the cell's transition phase between order and chaos. The sync parameter calibrates the phase feedback rate to accelerate the internal phase rate near the swarm's order.
