Capture The Flag python version

Hello,

I ported manually CaptureTheFlag.tz and CaptureTheFlagTemplate.tz. A day later I saw there was the '-Y' command with breve CLI =/ well anyway, I had to fix some stuff in the automated conversion... both versions run exactly the same, even the same bugs =/, basically it looks like the transpose() or something around it is broken, the red agents go down directly instead of turning around their star (I'm talking about executing CaptureTheFlagTemplate.py that should behave as the .tz version).

If anyone could have a look and find how what the problem is ... it would be nice.

Rename attached files extensions to .py
