Using Breve from within Mathematica

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to call Breve commands from within Mathematica. I would like Mathematica to set up some parameter values and then start Breve and execute Breve code using the parameters from within Mathematica.

Please let me know if there is a tutorial or method for doing this.
