Graphing/Plotting

There are some values that I would like to show on screen in a plot while the simulation runs. For those that are familiar with it, I'm looking for something similar to the plots in StarLogo. I'll make it myself if I need to, but since it's such a general tool, I figured I'd check to see if anyone had already made something like it first.
