Building Breve in Gentoo PPC

Hi,

When building on PPC Gentoo, an error on method std::find(...) happens.

Including the 'algorithm' header in simulation/joint.cc solves Breve compilation on this platform.

Now I'm experimenting with Breve in this machine and on MacOSX too!
