utility: 3ds mesh to node for breve
I did not have initial success importing model exported from wings3d or blender 3ds file, which in turn was created in artofillusion.
Using lib3ds' 3dsdump, I saw that no node is being created on the 3ds files, which breve expects to find and load the first node as the doc says.
The simple utility below uses lib3ds version 2 function to create node
from meshes needed for Breve.
Breve currently uses a earlier version of lib3ds library, but it is possible to have both living in different directory.
Tested with wings3d.
